We distribute a daily news feed only to users who have requested it or with whom we have an established relationship.

Our news feed is delivered either via direct email or through FTTP (File Transfer Protocol), depending on your organization's preferred method of receiving content.

If you're receiving our feed via a group or forwarded address, and no longer wish to, please contact your group administrator — we cannot unsubscribe you from third-party email groups.

We also syndicate selected content from accredited media partners. All forwarded content is vetted by our editorial team to ensure it is independent reporting, not disguised commercial messaging.

Please do not mark messages as spam if they are forwarded to you by a group email address — this can negatively affect unrelated users.

To reduce the chance of your own messages being marked as spam, follow these good practices:

• Avoid spammy phrases or formatting
• Scan all attachments for malware
• Send from reputable domains
